Girls Summer Power Training

2023 marks the 3rd summer of our all-girls training program where girls can work out and refine their basketball skills throughout the summer. We offer several programs that have been very popular over the years.  All the events listed below are on a drop-in basis so there is no long-term commitment. We simply ask that you RSVP weekly for the events you wish to attend and contact if you need to drop. Take a look and lets get ready for the 2023-24 season!

Wednesday Skill Sessions, 6-7pm:  Join these dynamic and challenging on-court workouts.  Girls will work on footwork, shooting, ball-handling and conditioning for one hour.  Bring a ball and a water bottle. $10 per session.  
     Base Program: Girls entering grades 3-5
     Advanced Program: Girls entering grades 6-8

June 14, 21, 28, July 12, 19, 26, August 9, 16

Wednesday Strength Training, 7:15-8pm:  Join us in the fitness center to work on exercises designed for strength and speed.  This is a challenging workout tailored for girls looking to become more powerful on the court. $10 per session.  For girls entering grades 6-9.

Girls Friday Night Run, 6:30-8pm:  Play supervised, 5-on-5 pick-up basketball every Friday this summer!  Gym supervisor will assist in making teams, run the clock and keep score.  Girls call their own fouls and winners get to play the next game. Games are 7:00 long.  For girls entering grades 6-8 this fall.  $15 each Friday.

Indicate the program you are interested in, the date(s) and your daughter's name and grade.

2- Print and bring the waiver on your first visit:  MCE Waiver

3- Payment due before the start of your session.  Payments must be made in cash.
