Evolution Basketball Leagues

Motor City Evolution boasts the most organized and well-run house leagues in Michigan. Our leagues are known for competitive balance, running on time and having strong leadership on site to ensure a fun and fantastic experience for all involved.

Players register as individuals and then evaluated during live group workouts. Players are placed on teams via a live draft so there is no "stacking" of teams. Friend requests are taken but not guaranteed. Although all skill levels are welcome, players should have some prior basketball or team sport experience. If not, we offer a variety of skill clinics that can help prepare kids for a league setting. The registration links below will provide specific information on each league.

2026 WINTER BASKETBALL LEAGUES

NEW! Evolution Saturday Legends League

Who: Boys in grades 7-8 and beginner 9th (can't be playing for HS)

When: Saturdays start times range 9am-3pm

Where: Berkshire MS

Season Fee: $170
Season Dates: Starts 9am, February 7 thru March 21 (No events Feb 14)

2026 SPRING BASKETBALL LEAGUES

Evolution Monday Boys League

Who: Boys in grades 3-4, 5-7

When: Monday Evenings
Where: Franklin Athletic Club, Southfield
Season Fee:  $175 per player includes league shirt
Season Dates:  April 13 thru June 8

Friday Night Lights Girls League

Who: Girls in grades 3-4, 5-7, 8-9

When: Fridays only. Earliest start time 6pm. Latest start time 9pm
Where: Franklin Athletic Club, Southfield
Season Fee: $175 per player includes league shirt

Season Dates: April 10 thru June 5

Registration starts Feb 23

2026 FALL BASKETBALL LEAGUES

Evolution Monday Rookie League

Who: Grades 2, 3 and beginner 4th

When: Mondays with start times between 5:45pm and 7:45pm

Where: Bingham Farms Elementary School
Season Fee: $170 per player includes customized league shirt
Season #1: Sept 14 thru Oct 19 ($150)

Season #2: Oct 26 thru Dec 14 ($150)
