Girls Summer Workouts

WEDNESDAY WORKOUTS

 

Welcome back to the advanced girls training sessions at Franklin Athletic Club!  These weekly training sessions are for girls entering grades 3-9.  All skill levels are welcome but are best suited for players looking for intense and dynamic instruction.

 

The sessions are facilitated by MCE Coaches and staff and are designed to increase skill, strength and endurance.  We limit the session to 20 players per week so RSVP is required for all players.  Read the details below for additional information!

Wednesday Girls Advanced Skills Training (entering grades 3-9)

Format: Spend 60 minutes working on skill development in a high-energy environment. Girls should bring a ball and a water bottle. 

Time: Wednesdays from 6-7pm

Start/End: June 12 through August 14

Where: Franklin Athletic Club

Clinic Fee:  $15 per session

RSVP Required:  RSVP with Coach Geo Thomas

Wednesday Girls Strength Training (entering grades 5-9)

Format: Fast-paced circuit training to develop speed, strength and endurance

Time: Wednesdays from 7:15-8pm

Start/End: June 12 through August 14

Where: Franklin Athletic Club

Clinic Fee:  $15 per session

RSVP Required:  RSVP with Coach Geo Thomas

Friday Night Pick-Up Basketball (Girls entering grades 5-7)

Format: Girls play supervised, pick-up basketball.  8:00 games

Time: Fridays from 6:30-7:45pm

Start/End: June 21, July 12, July 26, August 16

Where: Franklin Athletic Club

Clinic Fee:  $15 per session
